Prior to beginning a class, each individual is encouraged to come in for a 30 minute assessment of body alignment and core stability strength. Upon conclusion of the assessment, specific exercises are prescribed, any injuries or spinal pain is addressed and individuals are assigned to an appropriate class to meet their specific needs. Individuals with back pain or injuries are advised to enter the Spinal Rehabilitation Class while those looking for a workout can attend the Basic Class or Sports Training Class. Learning the specific coordination of the movements takes time and best results are achieved through private sessions.
